We traveled to Colorado to make these dreams come true, and let’s just say it was dreamy as heck.
I’m really not kidding, look at how beautiful this wedding was…
Let’s start out with those little details that Sadi from Whimsie Photographie always nails.
Amber and Paul opted for a first touch moment. Which I thought was super special and sweet. It’s a great alternative to a first look if you don’t quite want to show it all off.
Check it out.
Let’s take a brief moment to talk about this color palette, burgundy, and blush.
Now burgundy is a hard color to nail in the world of flowers. Below is a rose called, “Red Hearts” and it’s one of our favorites to use (you can also see them in her bouquet above). Some may consider this red, while others consider it burgundy.
And these babies, ranunculus, come in burgundy that most would consider a shade of violet. When we order burgundy ranunculus from a wholesaler, this is generally what they look like with some slight variation.
These are just two examples of how hard it can be to nail a bride’s vision of the color “burgundy”. So if you’re getting married and this is your palette be open. Let us use the best florals that will fit your aesthetic without being “nit-picky” about the exact hue.
Back to the wedding.
Isn’t this backdrop absolutely dreamy for photos?
Next on the list, we’re heading over to the ceremony.
Which let me tell you, it was soooooo swoonworthy. Not exaggerating one bit.
And a billion cheers to these bridesmaids, who held their bouquets perfectly.
Note: Hold your bouquet near your belly button!
Our couple chose simple but beautiful compote centerpieces, which are our favorite.
Plus we created a beautiful sweetheart table moment.
People often forget about the importance of your sweetheart table, but you will have many photos taken there and all eyes will be on you during the beginning of your reception so make it jaw-dropping folks.
Alright, let’s talk about…somethin’ special for your man.
I mean, or your woman. Look at how badass Amber looks smokin’ a cigar.
Finish your night with laughter, dancing, and water.
Definitely water.
We couldn’t be more excited for Amber and Paul and wish them a lifetime of laughter, adventures, and great wedding day memories to cherish forever.
